Vivence Kalitanyi
Vivence Kalitanyi
holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of the Western Cape (UWC). He is an Associate Professor at the University of Johannesburg where he lectures entrepreneurship, operations management, research methodology, and E-commerce. He holds an NRF rating category C and widely publishes articles in accredited journals and book chapters. He supervises Honours, Masters, and Ph.D. students. His research interest involves mainly entrepreneurship, migrant entrepreneurship, and operations management. He is the author of a book, journal articles, and book chapters. He attends national and international conferences to present his research works. He mentors novice researchers in the Department of Business Management of his University. His hobby involves reading current socio-politico and economic affairs from around the world, hence he possesses a good understanding of these fields. He is a member of the Editorial Board for the Journal of Business and Economics in the 4th Industrial Revolution (JBE4IR).
