is an Assistant Professor passionate about applying psychology to real-world challenges. She possesses a unique combination of academic and practical experience, holding a postgraduate degree in Applied Psychology and Management and an MBA in HR and Marketing. This blend allows her to understand human behavior and translate it into actionable solutions theoretically. Her teaching experience spans over nine years, encompassing courses like Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, and Psychology itself. Her dedication lies in bridging the gap between theory and practice, demonstrating how the human mind impacts individuals and organizations. Beyond the classroom, she has held leadership roles and designed training programs for various institutions. This experience showcases her ability to leverage psychology for employee well-being and enhanced organizational work productivity. Her ongoing research pursuits further deepen her expertise. Her doctoral research focuses specifically on optimizing employee well-being for improved work performance.
