Víctor Manuel Castillo Girón
Víctor Manuel Castillo Girón
has been responsible for various research and academic management projects. Author and co-author of more than 150 published research papers. Lecturer and organizer of nearly two hundred national and international academic events. He has coordinated around 25 evaluation and accreditation processes for undergraduate and graduate educational programs, as well as coordinated around twenty technical groups for the creation of new study programs. Over more than three decades he has directed nearly sixty undergraduate theses and taught undergraduate and graduate courses related to regional development and sustainability; food policy and economics; leadership and management skills; research methodology; organization theory, management of educational institutions, among others. He has received various recognitions for his research, teaching, institutional management and outreach activities. He has been director and member of more than a dozen editorial boards of various national and international scientific journals.
