Valerie O. Babatope
Dr.
Valerie Onyia Babatope
is an astute scholar with extensive experience in higher education. Currently, she is an assistant professor at MacEwan University, Canada, where she educates aspiring Human Resource Management (HRM) professionals, designing curriculum and facilitating online courses while fostering engaging, transformative learning environments. Her research centers on addressing the complexities of mentoring and supporting neurodiverse individuals, women, and young employees, while exploring strategies organizations can adopt to build and maintain impactful mentorship initiatives. She also serves as an action-oriented HR consultant for Canadian and Nigerian companies on developing policies that facilitate ethical and inclusive employment practices.
