V. Sathish
Sathish Vasudevan
is an Associate Professor of Catering Science and Hotel Management at PSG College of Arts & Science, Coimbatore. With over 20 years of academic experience, he has specialized in the culinary arts, shaping the careers of numerous students in the hospitality industry. Hailing from Ooty, a picturesque hill station in the Nilgiris, Mr. Vasudevan's passion for community tourism and empowerment is noteworthy. He holds a postgraduate degree in Tourism Management, reflecting his broad expertise in both culinary and tourism fields. Beyond academia, Mr. Vasudevan is also a writer; he has penned a novella in Tamil titled “Kaththale,” which means “darkness” in the Baduga language. This work explores the detrimental effects of alcoholism on generations, showcasing his commitment to addressing social issues through literature.
