V. S. Sharada
is a committed research student specializing in Organizational Behavior (OB) and Human Resources (HR). Currently pursuing her Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from the prestigious Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), Hyderabad, she is also working toward a Master of Arts in Psychology from IGNOU. Sharada has co-authored multiple influential book chapters, including topics like employee performance management, AI in talent acquisition, the impact of bleisure travel on work-life balance, and the importance of reskilling and upskilling. She has published research on green HR practices in the ASCI Journal of Management and presented her work at national and international conferences, including at IIMs. Her work blends academic rigor with practical insights, contributing to HR’s evolving landscape and advancing organizational well-being.
