V. S. Sharada
V S Sharada
is a dedicated research scholar specializing in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources. She is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Management at ASCI, Hyderabad, and working as a Research Intern at IIT Bombay. She has also interned at NIT Silchar and Goa Institute of Management, focusing on HR Analytics, workplace incivility, and employee engagement. Sharada has co-authored several book chapters and journal publications with IGI Global, Emerald Publishing, and Pearson, covering topics like AI in HR, well-being at work, and talent acquisition. She has presented research at IIM Jammu, IIM Trichy, IIM Shillong, IIM Sambalpur, IBS ICFAI, and Woxsen University, winning a Best Paper Award. Her research interests include employee well-being, incivility, mental wellness. Beyond academics, she is a skilled Carnatic Veena player, event host, and active contributor to academic forums. With strong analytical and leadership skills, she aims to contribute meaningfully to HR and Organizational Behavior research.
