Uzma Jahan
Ms.
Uzma Jahan
presently holds the position of Lecturer within the Department of Business Studies at the College of Economics and Business Administration, University of Technology and Applied Science, situated in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. Ms. Jahan's academic journey culminated in the attainment of an MBA and M.Phil. from the University of Hyderabad in India. With an extensive tenure of over 16 years in both teaching and research within higher education, Ms. Jahan has garnered international recognition for her impactful contributions. Her scholarly pursuits have been particularly focused on various facets of human resource management, including performance management systems, organizational development, employee engagement, and training and development. Noteworthy is her active participation in national and international conferences, further solidifying her standing as a prominent figure in her field.
