Uswah Mujahidah Rasuna Said
is a committed academic and researcher with a strong foundation in Arabic Language Education, holding a Bachelor’s degree from the State University of Makassar, where she graduated with a GPA of 3.83. Recognized for her academic excellence, she was awarded the Bidik Misi scholarship for underprivileged students with exceptional potential. Currently, she is pursuing advanced studies at the Indonesia University of Education as a recipient of the esteemed LPDP scholarship under the Ministry of Finance, Republic of Indonesia. Her research interests include Arabic vocabulary acquisition strategies, speech act analysis during conflict, and pedagogical modernization in the Middle East. Notable research projects include the development of educational tools, such as a mobile application to facilitate Quranic memorization, and investigations into the impact of linguistic politeness in war communication. She has presented her findings at international conferences, receiving accolades such as the Best Presenter Award for her transformative research. Beyond academia, Uswah has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, serving in various capacities, including Chair of the Research and Strategic Studies Commission and Treasurer of the Sulawesi Lamacca Community. Her work extends to community empowerment, particularly through initiatives that enhance education in remote areas and provide disaster relief across Indonesia. She has played a vital role in projects involving education infrastructure improvements and trauma healing programs for disaster-affected communities. Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English and Arabic, Uswah combines her linguistic abilities with expertise in public speaking and academic writing. Her commitment to education, research, and community development underscores her passion for advancing knowledge and fostering social impact. With her extensive experience, she continues to contribute to the academic community while championing initiatives that bridge education and humanitarian efforts.
