Ushaa Eswaran
Dr.
Ushaa Eswaran
is the Principal and Professor at Mahalakshmi Tech Campus in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. With over 34 years of experience in academia, she is a distinguished author, researcher, and educator. Dr. Eswaran is also a proud recipient of the REX Karmaveer Global Fellowship and the Karmaveer Chakra PLATINUM MEDAL Award. Her academic foundation is in Electronics Engineering, and she has made significant contributions to the field of biosensors, pioneering work that led to her earning a Doctorate. She has published more than 80 papers in reputed journals, authored 44 chapters in various books, and has 26 Scopus-indexed publications. Dr. Eswaran is the co-author of several acclaimed books, including “The Internet of Things: The Future of Connected Devices,” published by Euphoria Publishers in 2023, and “Secure Connections: Safeguarding the Internet of Things (IoT) with Cyber Security,” published by Sarvad Publication in the same year. In 2024, she co-authored “Converging Technologies: The Intersection of IoTs, AI, ML, DL, Cloud Computing, Blockchain, Data Science, AR, VR, and 3D Printing,” along with “AI-Integrated Biosensors and Technologies for Automated Disease Detection and Drug Delivery,” which is currently under process with Taylor & Francis Group. She is also working on an upcoming title, “AI-Driven Revolution: Transforming the Skies and Roads.” Dr. Eswaran is passionate about equipping the younger generation with knowledge grounded in ethical principles. Her work serves as a beacon of practical wisdom in the evolving IoT landscape, shedding light on its future societal impacts. Her scholarly contributions are further evidenced by her ORCID identifier (0000-0002-5116-3403), highlighting her prolific research journey. Through her dedication to academic excellence and holistic student development, Dr. Ushaa Eswaran continues to explore the dynamic interface between technology and human values, ensuring her contributions significantly impact the field.
