Ulviyye Rzayeva
Ulviyya Rzayeva
is an Associate Professor at the Department of Digital Technologies and Applied Informatics and the Head of the Center for Digital Economy at Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC). Her research focuses on information systems, emerging technologies, and artificial intelligence. She teaches courses related to these fields and has authored multiple textbooks and research papers. Dr. Rzayeva is an active participant in national and international scientific conferences and has taken part in multiple Erasmus+ programs. Her technical expertise includes Microsoft Office, LOGO TIGER-GO PLUS, SPSS, EViews, and various learning platforms. She is fluent in Azerbaijani, Turkish, Russian, and English and has a basic knowledge of Italian.
