Truong Khang Nguyen
Truong Khang Nguyen
is currently the Head of the Department of Computer Engineering, Faculty of Information Technology at Van Lang University, Ho Chi Minh City. He leads the Intelligent Systems and Networks Research Group and is an IEEE Senior Member. His research includes reconfigurable antennas for 4G/5G/6G, photoconductive antennas for terahertz sources, and nano antennas for energy conversion. Dr. Nguyen holds a B.Sc. in Computational Physics from HCM Vietnam National University and a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ajou University, Korea. He has published over 100 ISI/Scopus papers, authored 3 book chapters, and holds 2 patents in Korea and the USPTO. His accolades include the UNESCO Research Grant Award and the NAWA Foreign Scientist Exchange Award.
