Trina L. Hoefling
Trina Hoefling
has an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and an M.A. in Speech Communication from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. She is an associate adjunct professor at the University of Southern California, Bovard College, Human Resources Management master’s program. In 2024, she was presented with the school’s Teaching Excellence Award, selected by fellow faculty and students. Hoefling was previously an adjunct professor and online course developer for the University of Denver’s University College Organization Leadership and Organization Development master’s programs. She was granted Master Teacher status at the University of Denver. Hoefling provides coaching and training in remote team leadership and online learning engagement and was selected as a Visiting Fellow to deliver training workshops for the Department of Education Vocational Technical Training sector, Victoria, Australia.
