Dr. Hang Thi Thu Nguyen is a lecturer in TESOL at the University of Languages and International Studies, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (Vietnam), and an Academic Associate at the University of East Anglia (UK). She was a Fulbright Visiting Scholar at Pennsylvania State University in 2022-2023, where she researched TESOL for Social Justice. With over 15 years of experience, she has developed and delivered diverse courses in Vietnam and the UK, focusing on international education, intercultural communication, bilingual education, and teacher professional development. Dr. Nguyen has established a strong track record of research, with her work published in top-tier academic journals such as Teaching and Teacher Education, Journal of Education for Teaching, Language & Education, and Language Teaching, as well as in high-ranked peer-reviewed journals in Vietnam. She has also served as a visiting lecturer in the UK and Australia, combining her academic expertise with active community engagement, making significant contributions to education and teacher training.
