Teresita P. Panganiban

Teresita P. Panganiban is the current CEO and president of friendly care foundation, a company that champions quality affordable and accessible primary health and maternal and reproductive health, and mental health through mindfulness-based programs. She graduated from the University of the Philippines with a bachelor's degree in economics cum laude in 1984. She is certified by the Centre for Mindfulness Studies in Toronto for level 1 certification for mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, mindfulness-based wellness and stress reduction and mindfulness for health and well-being.
