Tebogo Victoria Kgope
holds a PhD in African Studies from the University of Venda, and a National Diploma in Water Care Technology from Tshwane University of Technology (TUT), in South Africa. As a Quality Assurance Administrator in the College of Graduate Studies at the University of South Africa (UNISA), Kgope is multi-factorially active in research and promotes African indigenous knowledge systems from the lens of the late Sanusi Credo Mutwa. She has published works inculcating African thought patterns on indigenous epistemologies, her work has been presented at national and international conferences. Following her studies at the University of Johannesburg, she is also qualified in homeopathy. Her research interests revolve around grappling with issues reflected in the everyday experiential and ontological realities of ordinary people, where she engages in a decolonial epistemic context in rethinking research.
