Taiwo Hassan Ajadi
Taiwo Hassan Ajadi
is an accomplished academic researcher with over eight years of experience in teaching and research. His work focuses on enhancing education and promoting organizational sustainability through innovative approaches such as green training and development. Taiwo has contributed significantly to the field with publications like “Green Recruitment Practices and Employees’ Green Behaviour in the eThekwini Municipality of South Africa” and “Green Human Resource Management and Green Environmental Workplace Behaviour in the eThekwini Municipality of South Africa.” His current projects include “Green Training and Development for Operational Effectiveness in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs)” and “Navigating Human-Technology Nexus for Environmental and Organizational Sustainability in Industry 5.0.” Taiwo has also explored the influence of family dynamics on entrepreneurial intentions and self-efficacy. He holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and is passionate about fostering a positive learning environment. His skills in academic writing, data analysis, and project management, combined with his dedication to student development and environmental sustainability, make him a valuable contributor to the academic community.
