Tahira Batool

Tahira Batool is the student of 4th semester of PhD in Organic Chemistry at The Women University Multan. She is working under the supervision of Dr. Sidra Mubeen with the scientific interest that focuses on the novel applications of different types of Hydrotalcite (anionic clay or Mg-Al alloy). In current research Tahira Batool is working on the purification of oil by using hydrotalcite. She has conferred the degree of Master of Philosophy under the supervision under the supervision of Dr. Sara Musaddiq (Head of Department of Chemistry, The Women University Multan) and Dr. Nadeem Iqbal (Director of Microtech Chemicals & Minerals Pvt. Ltd. Lahore) with research interests that motif on the modified synthesis of Hydrotalcite on commercial applications like in PVC pipes formation as thermal stabilizers. She has passed her matriculation examination from Faiz-e-Aam High School Vehari. Then she went to Muzaffargarh from where she passed her FSc. Examination. She came back and done her BSc. from Punjab college Vehari. She completed her degrees of Msc. and M.phil from The Women University Multan. Due to brilliant research experience in M.phil she got scholarship from industry Microtech & Minerals Pvt. Ltd. Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. She has 2.5 years teaching experience in private sector. Other interests include creative designing, coral draw. Her hobby is book reading.
