Syanda A. Mthuli
Syanda A. Mthuli
holds a doctorate in Administration (Public Administration) and a Master of Commerce (Leadership Studies). He is a Senior Lecturer in the Discipline of Public Governance within the School of Management, Information Technology and Governance at the University of KwaZulu- Natal. He has over a decade of experience in the higher education sector from various universities in South Africa and is also the founder and Director of the Southern Africa Centre for Research and Institutional Development (SACRID). His research interests and publications are in bureaucracy performance, political leadership and competition, social science research methods, participatory governance, community economic policy - development and environmental administration.
