Swati Manoj Yeole
Swati Manoj Yeole
has worked in academics and the Industry for over 18 years. She holds a master’s degree in Personnel Management and Ph.D. from the prestigious Tata Institute of Social Sciences”, (TISS) Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Currently she is working as a professor in MIMA Institute of Management, Pune. Dr. Yeole’s expertise in her field is evident through her numerous national and international research paper publications. She had made significant contribution to the academic community through her research findings and insights. Apart from her role as a professor, Dr. Yeole is actively involved in conducting behavioural workshops. As a trainer, she imparts knowledge on various aspects of behaviour, helping individuals enhance their skills and capabilities. Another area in which Dr. Yeole excels is Emotional Intelligence (EI), Stress Management, and Conflict Management. She serves as a resource person, providing guidance and training on the importance of EI, Stress Management in personal and professional growth. Her expertise in this area helps individuals develop a deeper understanding of emotions and their impact on relationships and overall wellbeing.
