is currently serving in Amity School of Business, Amity University, Dubai, UAE. Seasoned with 21 years of academic experience, 32 publications in high-indexed journals, 6 case-studies and 7 book chapters to his credit. He has guided and awarded PhD to 7 scholars under Anna University, Chennai and also a consultant for SMEs' market potential assessment. Dr. Swamynathan has served as the Chairman of Board of Studies and an academic expert member in various universities across India.
