Surjit Singha
is a dedicated researcher interested in UN Sustainable Development Goals, Organizational Climate, Workforce Diversity, Organizational Culture, HRM, Marketing, Finance, IB, Global Business, Business, AI, Women Studies, and Cultural Studies. Currently serving as a faculty member in the Department of Commerce at Kristu Jayanti College (Autonomous), Dr. Surjit holds prestigious positions as Editor, reviewer, and author for renowned Global Publications and Journals. With over 13 years of extensive experience in Administration, Teaching, and Research, both in Industry and Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), Dr. Surjit is committed to imparting knowledge and guiding students in their research pursuits. As a research mentor, Dr. Surjit is vital in nurturing young minds and fostering academic growth. Leading a team of approximately 35 faculty members, Dr. Surjit also heads website management, promotion, and social media publicity efforts. Dedicated to continuous learning, Dr. Surjit boasts certifications as a Life Skill Trainer by RGNYID, a Microsoft Innovative Educator by Microsoft, and a Yoga Volunteer certified by The Yoga Certification Board, Ministry of AYUSH, Gov. of India. A trailblazer in academia, Dr. Surjit has guided and mentored 21 student projects in the academic year 2022-23, resulting in all 21 students publishing papers under Dr. Surjit's astute guidance. As NSS Faculty Mentor, Dr. Surjit has successfully mentored 65 students in the academic year 2022-23, ensuring all students achieve credits and qualifications. Dr. Surjit Singha has made substantial contributions to research with an impressive track record of over 65 publications as articles, including chapters in books, edited books, and various textbooks. Dr. Surjit continues to excel in academia after being granted 2 US Copyrights and receiving two fully funded minor research projects (Completed and Published) from Kristu Jayanti College (Autonomous). With a firm commitment to excellence in education and research, Dr. Surjit Singha elevates the institution's status and fosters an environment of knowledge dissemination and growth.
