Suresh Waghamare
specializes in employing bioactivity-driven techniques for extracting and identifying phytochemicals, ensuring the consistency of drugs and herbal remedies, and analyzing medicinal plants and their tissue cultures for bioactive compounds. Additionally, he has experience with various laboratory instruments such as UV spectrophotometer, Optical Microscope, Soxhlet Apparatus, Clevenger Apparatus, Sonicator, Rota evaporator, IR and techniques like Thin Layer and Column Chromatography. He focuses on formulating and assessing herbal products for their antimicrobial properties. Also, he filed for two patents. He is credited with nine publications in reputable national and international magazines, four books, and one book chapter.
