Dr.
Surekha Suresh Ningule
is a distinguished academician and researcher with expertise in Human Resource Management (HRM), organizational leadership, and digital transformation. She currently serves as Assistant Professor and Head of the Department at Siddhant Institute of Business Management, Pune, India. Bringing over 15 years of experience across academia, research, and industry, Dr. Ningule holds a Ph.D. in HRM, along with postgraduate degrees in MBA, M.Sc., and a B.Ed. Her research interests include Industry 4.0, data-driven decision-making, talent acquisition, women’s leadership, and digital HR practices. She has contributed significantly to academic literature and actively engages in scholarly dialogue through platforms such as ResearchGate. Dr. Ningule is widely acknowledged for her dedication to nurturing research-oriented environments within management education. She mentors students and professionals in academic writing and thesis development, striving to bridge the gap between theoretical insights and practical implementation. Her work is instrumental in promoting organizational resilience, ethical innovation, and sustainable leadership in today’s dynamic business world.
