Suprabhat Banerjee
is currently working as an Associate Professor in Amity School of Hospitality at Amity University, Noida, India. He is a highly accomplished and passionate chef academician with 26+ years of expertise in the hotel industry, specializing in Asian cuisine. He has served as a judge for the auditions of Junior Master Chef India, India Skills, Great India Turkey Challenge & Korean Culinary Challenge 2022 while evaluating and recognizing young culinary talent. His research interests are Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Gastronomy, Culinary Culture, Social Responsibility, Sustainability.
