Sulaiman Olusegun Atiku
Sulaiman Olusegun Atiku is a Professor of Human Resources and Director of Research at Harold Pupkewitz Graduate School of Business, Namibia University of Science and Technology, Namibia. He is a pragmatic researcher specializing in Strategic Human Resource Management. His current research area of interest includes Human Capital Formation for Industry 5.0 and People Management Practices for Promoting Sustainability. He has over 16 years’ experience in Higher Education. Prof. Atiku obtained a PhD degree in Human Resource Management from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. He has lectured several courses in his field in four African countries (Nigeria, South Africa, Ghana, and Namibia). Professor Atiku has over 90 publications, which include edited books, book chapters, and scholarly articles published in international journals. Prof. Atiku is a member of the International Labour and Employment Relations Association, the Nigerian Institute of Management, and the Institute of People Management, South Africa.
