Sudhir Kumar Dwivedi
Sudhir Kumar Dwivedi
is an accomplished legal academician and researcher with extensive experience in teaching, legal practice, and administration. He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at JIMS Department of Law, Affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi with previous academic positions at Lloyd Law College, NCR, Galgotias University and Jaipur National University. He holds an LL.M. from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, has qualified UGC-NET, and has recently submitted his Ph.D. Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. His expertise spans Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, Law of Evidence, Law Science & Technology, and Corporate Law, with a strong research focus on competition law, digital evidence, and human rights. With over a decade of experience, Sudhir has been instrumental in curriculum development, organizing moot court competitions, faculty development programs, and legal aid initiatives. He has also practiced law, appearing independently before District Courts, the Delhi High Court, and the Supreme Court of India, handling cases related to criminal law, arbitration, and consumer protection. A prolific researcher and author, he has published numerous papers in peer-reviewed and UGC-listed journals and presented at national and international conferences. His article has received more than 100 citations. He has authored chapters in books under Bloomsbury Publication and Satyam Publication. His administrative roles include serving as Moot Court Convener, Examination Cell In-Charge, and Coordinator for various academic events. His interests include reading, legal research, and gardening, and he is known for his hard work, adaptability, and self-motivation.
