Stella Bolanle Apata

Dr. Stella Bolanle Apata is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of South Africa and Lecturer in the Department of Arts Education at Adekunle Ajasin University, Nigeria. She holds a Ph.D. in Language Education, with research spanning digital literacy, artificial intelligence in education, multilingualism, and higher-education innovation. Her work explores the intersection of language, technology, and transnational academic collaboration, advancing inclusive, interdisciplinary, and decolonial perspectives in global education. Dr. Apata has authored and co-edited several scholarly works, including chapters and journal articles published by Springer, IGI Global, and IEEE. She is a member of the Teacher Registration Council of Nigeria, the International Association of Language Educators, and the Reading Association of Nigeria. Her current research investigates transnational pedagogies, digital equity, and the Sustainable Development Goals in African higher education.
