Sree Kala Nair
has more than 10 years of experience in the industry within the field of Human Resources Management, Marketing and Operations Management holding managerial positions. Likewise, her teaching career started as a Montessori kindergarten teacher and progressed up to PhD level, lecturing over a span of 19 years. While teaching in the Universities, she was involved in lecturing, doing research, training for public and private organizations, supervising students, presenting papers at conferences and moderating sessions at conferences. Dr.Sree Nair has a BA (Sociology) degree from University of Iowa, USA, a Masters Degree in Psychology from University Kebangsaan Malaysia and a Doctorate in Business Administration degree from University of South Australia, Australia. Dr. Sree Nair had carried out research in the areas pertaining to Sexual Harassment, Stress management, Attitude towards changes, Risk Management in Healthcare Industry, Risk Management in Hospitality Industry, Food Safety and Tourism and presented at various conferences and at seminars. She is also actively involved in various NGOs doing community and charity work especially among depressed individuals and underprivileged women to ensure humanity still strives forever and not forgotten and has been volunteering at Befrienders for 9 years. Recently, she pursued her 2nd Masters in Counseling and has been giving training in Stress management, Work Life Balance, Being Positive and Self Care.
