Sovanna Huot
, currently enrolled as a PhD candidate in Political Science at the University of Delhi, New Delhi, India, is also a vice principal at a Government Public High School of Cambodia, where he holds the responsibilities of the school’s managerial and academic institutional leadership. An accomplished scholar in a vast array of fields, he has undergone a two-year teacher training course from 2010-2012 and has earned bachelor’s degrees in English and Educational Administration. Moreover, he holds two master’s degrees, which he earned from a highly selective scholarship program, in TEFL and a Master of Education, in School Leadership, Upper Secondary School Principalship, from the National Institute of Education (NIE), Phnom Penh, 2021. His areas of focus are on educational reform and the practice-policy nexus of digit pedagogy, alongside glonacal (global–national–local) education systems. His scholarly work encompasses both political science and education; he has formal training in both fields and has published in both, including Scopus-indexed articles (Author ID: 59316244400).
