Soumi Ray
Soumi Ray
is an accomplished academic and healthcare professional with over 13 years of experience. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Hospital Management at Dr. B.C. Roy Academy of Professional Courses, Durgapur, India. Prior to her academic role, Dr. Ray held various leadership positions in the healthcare industry. She worked as a Quality Assurance Manager and In-Charge at the NABH accredited Mayo Medical Centre in Lucknow. She also served as an Administrator and Quality Assurance Expert at other NABH accredited hospitals in New Delhi and Lucknow. In addition to her professional experience, Dr. Ray is an active researcher and publisher. She has published several manuscripts in reputable journals, including the Acta Journal, Academy of Marketing Studies Journal, and Journal of Current Science and Technology. Her research interests span diverse topics such as social communication, lifestyle disease management, and virtual assistance-based healthcare interventions. Dr. Ray is also an accomplished presenter, having participated in numerous national and international conferences. She has presented papers on sustainable learning spaces, student well-being, and tech-enabled healthcare practices. Her dedication to the field of healthcare management and her extensive experience make her a valuable asset to the academic and healthcare communities.
