Smrity Prasad
working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Statistics and Data Science in Christ Deemed to Be University, Bengaluru. Prior to this, she managed Computer Science department in different organization, Bengaluru. Her doctoral work is focused on Image Processing. For her doctoral work, she was associated with Christ University, Bengaluru. Prior to that she completed her MPhil on Requirement Analysis with Object Oriented Development Method. She professes to graduate and master’s students on concepts like leveraging Database Technologies, and Information Systems Design and Development. She has a rich experience of 15 years in this profession where she has taught Network Applications, Operation Research and Theory of Computation. She has a lifetime membership of Computer Society of India. Her current research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, IOT and algorithms. Her research papers on Image Processing are published in leading international journals and find place in libraries of universities like Penn State University. Her work in Machine Learning Era in Heart Disease Prediction is well appreciated by academia. She has also edited a book; DELVE-Emerging Trend and Challenges in IT. She has published a book, “New Foundation of Artificial Intelligence”. She has presented and published number of papers in national and international journals.
