Smita Satapathy
is an Assistant Professor in School of Law, Alliance University, Bengaluru. She holds a Ph.D. in Law from Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan, (Deemed to be University), Bhubaneswar, Odisha. She completed her LL.M. from National Law University Odisha, Cuttack. Her areas of interest include Criminal Law, Human Rights, International Law and Environmental Law.
