Sinath No
currently serves as the Head of the Civil Engineering Department in the Faculty of Science and Technology, (NUBB).Have begun higher education journey in Russia, where earned a Bachelor of Technics and Technology in the field of Construction from Voronezh State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering in 2010. Following bachelor's degree, pursued a graduate master's degree in Civil and Industrial Engineering, specializing in “Effective and Economy Composite Structures” at the same university, which completed in late 2012.In 2018, has successfully defended Professional Engineer certification (No. 0005343PE/Bldg.) and was honored with the title and decoration of Gold Medal by the Asian Engineering Register (AER). The professional excellence was further recognized in 2019 when was conferred the honorary title of a member of the Asian Federation of Engineering Organizations. This expertise, coupled with commitment to education and professional development, makes a prominent figure in the field of civil engineering in Cambodia.
