Shivani Agarwal

Shivani Agarwal received her PhD in the area of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. She holds a MBA degree in HRM and IT from Guru Gobind Singh University, India and B.Sc. degree from Charan Singh University (formerly Meerut University), India. She is a recipient of prestigious UGC Junior Research Fellowship and has several years of experience as a faculty in management institutes. She has presented and published papers at national and international conferences. She is the corresponding author.
