Shashank Solanki
is a legal researcher affiliated with CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Delhi NCR, with academic expertise in technology law, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and quantum computing. His interdisciplinary work explores the convergence of emerging technologies and legal frameworks, particularly in areas such as AI-enabled threat detection, post-quantum cryptography, and digital privacy regulations. He has published multiple Scopus-indexed research papers covering themes such as ethical hacking in healthcare, legal frameworks for sustainable Internet of Vehicles, cybersecurity in quantum environments, and AI ethics in metaverse healthcare. His scholarly contributions emphasize the integration of legal reasoning with advanced computational models and privacy-preserving architectures. Shashank has gained professional experience through internships with prominent legal entities including Singhania & Partners LLP, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (under Hon’ble Justice Ashok Bhushan), and Shree Cement Ltd. His practical exposure spans corporate law, arbitration, IBC, and regulatory compliance. He actively contributes to academic discourse through conference presentations, moot court competitions, and student-led legal initiatives.
