Shanmukha Sreenivas Madras
is a Scientist with expertise in microbiology, molecular biology, and cell biology. Madras holds an M.S. in Biology with a concentration in Cell and Molecular Biology and a B.S. in Biology with a concentration in Microbiology, both from San Francisco State University. Madras has extensive experience in bacterial culture, DNA/RNA extraction, PCR/qPCR, molecular cloning, and biochemical analysis, working with both human cell lines and diverse microorganisms under aerobic and anaerobic conditions. Madras’ background includes roles at Genista Biosciences and academic research focused on developing and characterizing bacterial exopolysaccharides for commercial applications.
