Shailja Bakshi
A Commerce graduate with Post Graduation in Commerce and Management with UGC NET and CG SET Qualified, a seasoned professional, a keen researcher of Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur, an enthusiast, and a motivated academician. Ms. Shailja Bakshi has spent more than 7 years of career span into teaching in ITM University, Raipur and MATS University, Raipur with a dominant blend of administrative responsibilities and research activities. A key area of her interest is Mercantile Law, Finance and Economics. She has been actively involved in academic audits, training teachers, and understanding the aspects of effective class delivery like class control, the quantum of content and quality of content with innovativeness and initiatives in the teaching-learning process. She has been associated with reputed universities and her research work has been published in many journals of national and international repute. She is currently serving as Assistant Professor at MATS University, Raipur.
