Saurabh Kumar
is a distinguished Assistant Professor in Law at The Neotia University, Kolkata, with over seven years of teaching experience and an equally robust tenure as an Advocate before the Supreme Court of India. His academic journey is marked by a PhD (draft thesis submitted) from MUIT, an LL.M. with Grade A from MUIT, Delhi, and an LL.B. (Hons.) from Banaras Hindu University. Further enriching his credentials, he qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) in 2019 and completed a specialized course in Public International Law at The Hague Academy of International Law, Netherlands. Saurabh’s professional expertise spans legal education and practice, having served as an Assistant Professor at GNSU, Bihar,His scholarly contributions include peer-reviewed publications such as “Women In Indian Prisons: Rights And Challenges”, “Women’s Rights in India: A Contemporary Challenge*, alongside paper presentations at national and international conferences on human rights and gender justice. A passionate advocate for lifelong learning, Saurabh has completed an impressive array of international certifications from prestigious institutions like the Asian Development Bank, Open University UK, UNITAR, and WIPO, covering topics from climate change and human rights to criminology and sustainable development. His commitment to professional growth is evident in his participation in numerous Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and webinars on emerging legal trends. Based in Delhi NCR, Saurabh blends academic rigor with practical insights, making him a dynamic educator and legal professional.
