Satuluri Padma
S. Padma
(DOB: 19-06-1972) is PhD in Management with specialization in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour. She has done Diploma in Training and Development (Dip in T&D) from Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD), New Delhi. She has 22 years of experience in molding management graduates, post graduate students and guiding PhD scholars. Along with teaching assignments, she takes soft skill training sessions and helps the students to be industry ready. She has experience in corporate training too. She is a resource person for corporate training programs given for young employees. She has 43 publications in various UGC/Scopus/ABDC/ WoS/other peer reviewed journals. She is a reviewer for many international journals. She is a resource person for data analytics using excel, and other research topics like ‘how to prepare synopses, and ‘Data analysis using SPSS’. Along with teaching assignments, she is performing other roles like Academic Coordinator, BoS coordinator and PhD Coordinator. She has four books to her credit, co-author for Organizational Behaviour and Managerial Economics.
