Sasha Shilina
is Managing Partner and Chief Research Officer at the Paradigm Research Institute, where she explores the frontiers of decentralized technologies, tokenized economies, and the philosophy of distributed systems. A Ph.D. graduate of Lomonosov Moscow State University and a founding member of Humanode, she has been active in the blockchain field since 2018. Her work integrates academic theory and experimental practice, with publications on trust, governance, decentralized science (DeSci), and artificial intelligence (AI). She is currently developing
