Saquib Ahmed
is a legal professional and accomplished academic, currently a Research Scholar at the Sharda School of Law, Sharda University, Greater Noida, India. He has a strong educational background and a bachelor's degree. from Aligarh Muslim University and Master of Law from Jamia Millia Islamia, where he developed his knowledge in Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Competition law etc.. He has a robust portfolio of publications in esteemed journals and books, reflecting his dedication to contributing to the body of knowledge in his fields of interest. His research has been recognized on various platforms, as evidenced by his participation in national and international conferences, seminars, webinars, and symposiums. Also, in his academic and research pursuits, Saquib is a skilled editor, having successfully overseen the editorial process of several publications and he is also editorial team member of the Sharda Law Review. Mr Ahmed has been active in organizing various programs like Moot Court Competition, Conferences, Faculty Development Programs and Quiz Competitions.
