Sandra Poirier
Dr. Poirier is a Professor and Teacher Educator at Middle Tennessee State University with more than 25 years’ experience working in the public sectors in culturally diverse and international environments. She has been recognized for her ability to build community partnerships and create online learning environment that produce measurable outcomes. Prior to coming to MTSU she taught three years at Zayed University in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Additionally, she has worked for the University of Florida, Florida International University, Florida Atlantic University, University of Arizona, and the Provincial Government of Alberta. She has been invited to lecture in Malaysia, Switzerland, Poland, Germany, and Austria.
