Sandeep Guleria
has been in the field of Tourism since 2005. For all these years, he has been into academics, research and promotion of Tourism in different parts of India. Born in 1983, he completed his initial education and graduation in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, India. He did his Master of Tourism Administration and later Doctorate in Tourism with specialization in Tourist Behavior from HP University Shimla, India. He served as Asst. Professor, HOD and Officiating Principal in one of the colleges affiliated to Punjab Technical University, in Chandigarh for more than 10 years. Presently he is heading the Department of Tourism in University Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management at Chandigarh University, Mohali, Punjab. He has published many research papers, articles and chapters in national, international journals and books. He has been instrumental for promoting tourism education to underprivileged students of tribal areas of Himachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Arunachal.
