A highly motivated person with high skills in communication, Leadership, Strategic management, innovation, coaching, strategic planning, presentation, and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to build and sustain creative work, initiative, and power under pressure to adapt to new disciplines. I am carrying out the missions through solid managerial skills, knowledge, competence, and efficiency to contribute to its setup and implement the strategic plan for the Organization. Innovation and creativity are my approaches to accomplishing organizational objectives. With more than 17 years of experience in training and vocational education, as an academic director, trainer, assessor, internal verifier, and external verifier in private and government institutions in the UAE and international awarding organizations. I have a doctorate and master's degree in business administration, a Bachelor of Arts, and a postgraduate certificate in teaching and learning in higher education.
