Salman Bashir Memon
Salman Bashir Memon
holds a PhD in Management Sciences from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, UK, and completed his Post-Doctoral fellowship at the University of Aveiro, Portugal. He is currently serving as the Dean of the Faculty of Management & Business Administration and Acting Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences. He brings over 18 years of combined experience in higher education and the corporate sector, with a strong foundation in academia. As a Professor in Business Administration for over 16 years, he excels in curriculum development, teaching, and research. His corporate tenure includes 2 years as a Financial Analyst and Investment Consultant in a prominent financial firm. Dr. Salman has also contributed as Deputy Director at the Directorate of Distance Education, Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur, where he spearheaded the development of an LMS system. His research spans knowledge management, psychological capital, work-life balance, corporate social responsibility, and human resource management. Technically adept, he is proficient in data analysis tools such as SPSS, AMOS, and SmartPLS. A published researcher, his work appears in Clarivate Analytics, SSCI, SCOPUS, and HEC-recognized journals. Dr. Salman has presented his research globally and supervised numerous MS, MPhil, MBA, and PhD candidates.
