Salma Samputri

Salma Samputri , M.Pd., is a lecturer at Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM), where she specializes in science education. Born in Bone on May 13, 1968, she holds a Bachelor's degree from IAIN Alauddin Makassar, a Master's in Environmental Education (PKLH) from UNM, and a Doctorate in the same field from UNM as well. Her research focuses on topics such as environmental factors influencing agricultural ecosystems, student learning outcomes in science education, and innovative teaching methodologies like the ReCODE model. She has also led various community service projects, including initiatives in goat farming and educational workshops for teachers in remote areas. In addition to her teaching and research, Dr. Salma has actively contributed to curriculum development and improving pedagogical practices through workshops on project-based learning and online evaluation tools like Quizizz. She has a long history of academic contributions, with numerous research projects funded by internal university sources and external grants. Her work has had a substantial impact on the local community, particularly through efforts aimed at enhancing both agricultural practices and educational outcomes.
