Salam Omar Ali
Dr. Salam Omar is a well established academic. She holds a PhD in Educational Leadership, Management and Policy. She has an extensive experience in teaching for more than twenty-five years. Her interest is mainly in developing young minds. She conducted several research studies in different educational areas, such as, Curriculum Development, Quality Management, Organizational Culture, and Academic Leadership to collect data to improve the current situation of teaching and learning in the Middle East. She has also delivered numerous seminars and training workshops to hundred of academics in the United Arab Emirates. Dr. Salam is also an active researcher in the field of moral education and has presented various papers in local and international conferences.
