Saher EL-Annan
has an extensive academic and professional background. Possesses project management, leadership and change management background, achieving optimal results with competent planning to address business needs in today’s fast and brutal changing business environment. University professor, Trainer, and Consultant for nearly 24 years with a strong desire to help graduates recognize the connection between learning and experience. Resided on many consultant academic and genuine committees to develop applicable university curricula that meet the academic and realistic world businesses. With a passion for designing impact educational programs, training packages, mentoring students to create a collaborative and inclusive learning environment that empowers students and trainees to excel academically/professionally and prepares them for successful careers in their chosen field. Supervised more than 90 MBA thesis, 8 PhD Dissertations, and reviewed 14 PhD (Reader 1) in the last 20 years. El-Annan is also recognized for his contributions to conferences and workshops, including being a speaker at international events and participating in professional development sessions related to higher education. He has been a member of various professional affiliations and has received numerous honors and awards, reflecting his commitment to excellence in his field.
