Sahana Madan
Sahana Madan
, a Professor & HOD at DSATM, Bangalore, previously served as an Associate Professor at CMS Business School, Jain (Deemed to be) University. With a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from the University of Mysore, she specializes in Gender Inclusivity in Indian IT industries. With over 17 years of teaching experience, she focuses on HR, Leadership, Communication, and Soft Skills Training. Dr. Madan has published over 35 research papers and received several awards for her teaching and research excellence. She also actively participates in hosting management conferences and sports events.
